Electrostatic prevention type lubricating paint that achieves excellent wear resistance with hard coat lubrication.

The "wear-resistant coating with excellent durability due to high hardness and lubricity" does not generate static electricity, and contains no organic silicone! It also excels in chemical resistance and rust prevention!

The "TRB 04BL-E01" is a hard coat type solid lubricant paint characterized by wear resistance, achieved by special dispersion of fluororesin microparticles based on modified polyether resin, resulting in high hardness and excellent lubrication at a high level. The high-hardness coating formed by baking at 180 to 200°C not only exhibits excellent lubrication comparable to fluororesin coatings but also shows outstanding properties in chemical resistance and rust prevention, making it suitable for various applications. Additionally, this paint does not contain organic silicone components, and its surface resistivity is 1.0E+05 to 06Ω/□, providing excellent electrical characteristics, making it effective for use in equipment in semiconductor manufacturing and inspection environments where static electricity is undesirable. < Features > 1. High hardness (pencil hardness 8H) with excellent scratch resistance. 2. Low friction coefficient with excellent wear resistance. 3. Demonstrates excellent wear resistance due to hardness and slip properties. 4. Excellent static electricity prevention, preventing static charge. 5. Effective for semiconductor-related equipment as it does not contain organic silicone. 6. Excellent chemical resistance and rust prevention.

[Case Study] PFAS-Free Coating for Water Stop Packing

A case where a paint manufacturer proposed a newly developed water-based lubricating paint and solved a problem.

We would like to introduce a case where we applied PFAS-free coating to a water-stopping packing at our company. We received a request to change from a fluoropolymer coating on an EPDM water-stopping packing to a coating that does not contain fluorine due to PFAS issues. In response, we proposed a water-based lubricating paint newly developed by a paint manufacturer. This water-based coating can be cured at 120°C for 10 minutes at low temperatures, allowing treatment without affecting the substrate. [Case Overview] ■ Background of the Request - A desire to change to a coating that does not contain fluorine due to PFAS issues. ■ Proposed Solution - Proposed a water-based lubricating paint newly developed by the paint manufacturer. - Curing at 120°C for 10 minutes at low temperatures. - Treatment possible without affecting the substrate. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Water-based lubricating paint for rubber "Water-based lubricating paint"

The paint does not crack even when bent! A paint with excellent wear resistance has also been developed.

"Water-based lubricating paint" is a lubricating paint suitable for flexible substrates such as rubber. By applying a coating, properties such as lubricity, wear resistance, anti-adhesion, and chemical resistance are improved. It also has good followability, and compared to general metal paints, it is softer and less prone to cracking, adhering well to various types of rubber. [Features] ■ DM-A6000 - No hazard mark on SDS, oil-resistant and solvent-resistant ■ DM-A6100 - Achieves high wear resistance and anti-adhesion without liquid components *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
